1. Classic Aero Models Service Standards
We aim to supply our models at some of the lowest prices you'll find on the Internet or on the High Street and if it is listed as being available, that model is in stock - we don't want to disappoint you. In addition our website should be easy to use and our service will be efficient and friendly - we hope you'll let us know if we don't fully achieve these standards.

2. Payment options
We accept payment by cheque (Sterling, UK banks only), Postal Order or cash (sent at the customer's own risk) and Maestro/Switch, Visa, Mastercard and American Express through

3. Shipping Options and Charges
For UK addresses, there is no extra shipping charge, however we do recommend the use of an enhanced service such as Special Deivery.

For non-UK orders we make the following charges for Airmail shipping:

Europe: Ł2.00 per model.
Rest of World: Ł3.00 per model.
An optional tracking service is available at Ł3.50 per order.

Shipping is normally by an appropriate Royal Mail service.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available at extra cost - please ask for more details.

5. Returns and Refunds
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied. In the unlikely event you are not happy with our service or goods we will be happy to replace the item where stocks allow or offer a full refund of model price. We regret that any postage costs incurred cannot be refunded.

6. How to order
Simply click on the Ordering page link to start. You will be guided through our easy to use ordering process.

7. Reserving Models
We are happy to reserve or hold onto models for a maximum period of 30 days from your order, unless otherwise specifically agreed with us. If we have not received payment after 30 days from the date of order and no alternative time period has been agreed, we reserve the right to release the reserved models for sale once more.

8. Shipping Problems
Although very rare, from time to time we do encounter problems with the Royal Mail delivery services we use. Please note that although we can not be held responsible for delays, damages or missing items in the mail, we will endeavour to resolve any problems customers experience with our deliveries.
