We have sold over 4000 models since 2002 and well over 99% of them have safely reached their destination in perfect condition and on time. Unfortunately a small number have become lost in the post or have taken weeks to arrive so we believe our customers should have the choice of an enhanced delivery service.

As one of the few retailers to offer free postage to the UK, we wanted to retain this important aspect of our service, but have added more options for your delivery service, as featured below. Regular customers can tell us a preferred post option and we will take this into account when preparing invoices.

Notes All orders over £75 will be sent by Special Delivery at no extra charge over model price. We reserve the right to split orders into multiple parcels. No extra charges apply to heavy single items (Mat Set, Airport Buildings, etc). These will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service. No extra charges apply to accessories (Display stands, GSE Sets, etc). These will be sent by First Class unless otherwise requested or part of an order using Special Delivery. 'Next Day' means delivery can be expected the next working day after posting, not ordering.
